Supply |
The company operates a fleet of highly competent, manufacturer-trained installation engineers, who install the products in accordance with our installation policy and procedure guidelines and in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements.

Maintenance |
Genuine manufacturer spare parts are used whenever possible and all repairs are covered for a year under warranty. It is our aim to repair the appliance on the first visit so care is taken in obtaining complete and accurate fault information so that the engineer can have the necessary spare parts when he visits the appliance.

Managed Service |
With our managed service, the Engineer call bookings are managed by our call centre staff. The repair is authorised up to agreed values. All replacement products are pre-determined and supply rates agreed. Delivery and installation of new product arranged directly with the tenant.
