RSL Contracts - Our Group

The organisation operates over 130 staff throughout the south east of England and covers many varied areas within the electrical appliance industry. Very close ties have been developed with a number of major electrical manufacturers in the UK and these relationships continue to develop.

All of our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art call-handling equipment and a variety of bespoke invoicing and call management software systems. This ensures a high-level efficiency standard across the businesses. We also have facilities to merge our data systems with external software packages which can limit potential for errors in the transfer of customer data.
